I had an excellent experience at Mavis! I came in because I had a screw in one of my Mercedes tires, and the team took care of it immediately. They found the problem right away, repaired the tire in about five minutes, and got me back on the road faster than I expected. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The service was also very reasonably priced, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and affordable tire service, I highly recommend Mavis. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or maintenance needs. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Stopped by this morning for my tire not holding air. Jeremy the manager was fantastic along with Jay who fixed my tire. Ending up replacing the valve stem at no charge. Thank you for being so kind. Good honest people work there. Take your Vehicle there for any kind of repairs you won't be disappointed. Thanks again.

I went into this office, on Reynolds Road in Johnson City, due to a flat tire. I was greeted by staff who got my car in promptly for inspection of the issue. They located a larger piece of wood in the tire, showed it to me & made me aware that it was the cause of my issue. I was treated respectfully & kept in the loop on my repair, which took a short time. They didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs and asked if I was satisfied with the repair, which I was. Highly recommend this location.
